My client is a build to rent developer and operator with a fantastic reputation in the industry. Due to an internal promotion they are looking for a fantastic operations manager to lead the ops team at a 300 apartment site in London.

To be considered for this position:

· A minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering operational services into residential buildings

· A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing ops team within the build to rent or student accommodation sectors

What’s on offer:

· £50,000 – £70,000 salary

· 10% bonus
